my life has been the poem I would have writ, but I could not both live and utter it - henry david thoreau

some people have the food but no appetite, some people have the appetite but no food. we have both, the Lord be praised!

it's grill-all-you-can-eat night at wakamatsu! marianne ordered like there's no tomorrow. prawn, angus beef, lengua, beef heart and liver, scallops and liempo that we grilled ourselves. the waitress warned us gently 'no leftover'. so you could imagine her reaction when we ordered spicy rice, 2 bowls of it! talk about being underestimated. now it can be told that the shortest way to our hearts is also through our (still slightly flat) stomachs.
